JOB OVERVIEW
At Lavazza North America, we are seeking an E-Commerce Manager – Amazon & Marketplaces to drive growth across our digital sales channels, with a primary focus on Amazon and emerging marketplace platforms. This role plays a critical part in supporting our B2B coffee machine portfolio, driving sales through strategic execution and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Amazon and marketplace management, with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering measurable business results. This is a hands-on role focused on identifying growth opportunities, managing tactical execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon (Vendor and/or Seller Central), including product listings, content optimization, pricing, promotions, and advertising execution.
- Support growth and sales execution across additional marketplaces such as Walmart Marketplace, Target+, eBay, and others.
- Optimize catalog structure, product discoverability, and conversion through effective merchandising, SEO, and campaign management.
- Analyze marketplace performance data to identify opportunities to drive sales and improve channel profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, supply chain, and demand planning teams on product launches, inventory alignment, and promotional planning.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform channel strategy and positioning.
- Ensure marketplace content is aligned with brand standards, accurate, and continually optimized for performance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field, preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, with direct experience on Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon operations, merchandising, and performance advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales through data-driven decision-making and commercial execution.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with e-commerce reporting tools and dashboards.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimal travel expectations: less than 25% per year, typically to NYC/West Chester office as needed.
