JOB OVERVIEW
Lavazza North America is embarking on a growth plan to substantially expand our market share in the Americas. As part of this growth plan, a large focus will be on our Office Coffee Sales channel, optimizing our relationships with key distributors. Along with offering a best-in-class range of solutions for the market, Lavazza is expanding our Sales team into new territories to best support this strategic business initiative.
At Lavazza North America, the OP Ecommerce Development Manager is an individual contributor role that works within the OP Channel team reporting to the Director of OP Channel. The OP Ecommerce Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the strategy to increase Lavazza’s presence on the B2B Ecommerce side of the business. This role will need work with both new and current Office Product distributors and our ECommerce partners who are dedicated to the B2B side of the business. A focus for this role will be to drive improvements in “customer site” conditions, while delivering assigned goals and objectives aligned to overall business strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own strategy and execution of programs to drive sales growth across B2B e-commerce channels, focusing on Office Product (OP) national accounts.
- Launch new online B2B business on existing OP accounts and identify new channel opportunities.
- Develop strategic roadmaps based on business results and customer insights to enhance experience, market share, and profitability.
- Manage customer relationships, leading B2B e-commerce interactions and collaborating with Finance to optimize value chains.
- Establish sales budgets, goals, and risk profiles while driving alignment with Lavazza’s overall B2B strategy.
- Coordinate pricing strategies and promotional activities across channels to maximize sales and compliance.
- Optimize merchandise and content strategies in collaboration with Marketing to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop joint business plans with customers and implement go-to-market strategies to drive incremental sales.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize traffic, conversion, and retail effectiveness while monitoring business drivers.
- Collaborate with Operations and Demand Planning teams to drive forecasting, innovation, and cross-team alignment.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to negotiate trade agreements, expand distribution, and enhance brand protection.
- Conduct competitive research, maintain in-market presence, provide business insights, and manage budgets effectively.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years experience in customer-facing Key/Sales Account Management required, B2B consumer goods, preferred.
- 4+ years, in eCommerce Sales preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in the selling in the Office Product channel or Coffee category preferred.
- Demonstrated ability of proactively interpret digital trends and think criticality to challenge the status quo Experience working in a distributor environment preferred.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to Executive Leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to diagnose business issues, visualize data, identify insights, and recommend actions.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Strong planning skills, including forecasting and managing multiple projects.
- Cross-functional effectiveness with an understanding of stakeholder impacts and appropriate communication strategies.
- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Travel up to 20% annually, including trips to NYC/West Chester office.
