Digital Product Owner

We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our Digital Platform Management Team in Nuvola, our HQ in #Torino,
The team develops the mission on these 3 points:
- continuous improvement of the customer experience of Lavazza customers through the monitoring of digital touch points, especially towards the younger target
- support business stakeholders in the evolution of digital channels to maximize conversions (orders and lead acquisition)
- support and training for local teams (subsidiaries) to increase their level of digitalization
📊 Your day-by-day mission:
You will be part of a team of Product Owners, responsible for the management and evolution of the platform with a focus on websites and eCommerce:
1. Business as usual: maximizing operational efficiency in platform management.
- Supervision of maintenance activities for Lavazza websites
- Coordination of agencies/suppliers and performance monitoring
- First level of escalation for critical management of operational activities
- KPI monitoring
2.Product evolution: ownership of the platform's technological innovation roadmap, as Product Owner, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collecting requests with impact on the digital products you supervise
- Preparation of requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, with the support of suppliers
- Collaboration with design teams to define the user experience
- Backlog management, prioritization and quality validation of functional releases
- Management of the product roadmap and their communication to stakeholders
- Constant monitoring of digital products and identification of development areas, both in terms of functionality and in terms of performance of the teams involved
💡 Who we’re looking for:
- You’ve proven experience (at least 4 years) as Product Owner (certification as a Product Owner in the Agile framework is a plus)
- You have an experience using Atalassian products (Jira Software, Confluence)
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Do you have propensity to work in cross-functional teams?
