JOB OVERVIEW
The Flavia Digital Media Associate plays a key role within Lavazza’s Office Coffee Services (OCS) marketing team in North America - a business unit focused on delivering premium, workplace‑based coffee solutions through the Flavia brewing system and product portfolio. As part of the broader Lavazza ecosystem, Flavia operates as a core brand within the OCS category, offering single‑serve beverages designed specifically for office environments, workplace distributors, and away‑from‑home channels.
In this role, the Digital Media Associate manages the full digital marketing perimeter for the Flavia brand. They support the OCS Brand Manager by driving and executing all digital initiatives, with a strong emphasis on performance insights, media strategy, and e‑commerce collaboration. This includes ownership of Amazon upper‑ and mid‑funnel strategy, setting digital benchmarks, monitoring media and campaign performance, and translating insights into recommendations. The Digital Media Associate also partners closely with the e‑commerce team to optimize Flavia’s Amazon brand execution and CRM efforts, ensuring all digital touchpoints effectively support brand growth, visibility, and conversion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor D2C digital campaign performance across web, eCommerce, and paid media channels.
- Lead Amazon upper‑ and mid‑funnel media strategy, including display budget allocation, audience targeting, creative direction, and integration with awareness tools.

Interpret and synthesize Amazon and digital media reporting into clear insights and leadership-ready decks.
- Partner with external agency to support execution and performance management of the digital media strategy for Flavia, including agency briefing, campaign execution monitoring, tactical solution development, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborating with the eCommerce team, oversee brand content on Flavia.com to maintain updated product content, storytelling, and digital strategies that drive online sales.
- Partner with brand and social teams to support influencer and content initiatives and assist with budget administration including vendor onboarding, purchase order creation and tracking, and invoice processing.
- Manage the creation of media assets to align with media plans, including creative development, spec compliance, and coordination of flighting with agency partners; provide additional support for lower‑funnel eCommerce creative needs as needed.
- Support national and brand‑driven trade show initiatives, including strategic planning, logistics coordination, and flawless on‑site execution,
- Maintain a strong understanding of the coffee category, market trends, brand performance, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to support the Lavazza Brand Manager in developing annual brand and marketing strategies.
- Apply insights to shape future content development, audience targeting, and budget allocation recommendations.
- Support strategic brand initiatives as directed by the OCS Brand Manager and OCS Brand Associate.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Four year degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years' professional digital media, marketing, marketing analytics or related experience; CPG brand experience a plus
- Ability interpret, analyze, and synthsize digital media data to inform strategic recommendations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to create insight-driven presentations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed up to 10% of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
