JOB OVERVIEW
The Lavazza Digital Associate will play a key role in leading the development and execution of both paid and organic social media strategies, working closely with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities and global direction. This role oversees monthly social content planning, guides creative asset development, and drives engagement through strategic content and performance optimization. Additionally, the associate will support influencer marketing initiatives by identifying and managing partnerships, handling logistics, and amplifying content across digital channels with agencies. The role also includes budget and administrative support, including vendor setup, PO and invoice management, and expense tracking. A strong understanding of the coffee category, brand performance, and consumer trends is essential to support strategic brand initiatives in collaboration with the Lavazza Brand Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee Amazon upper and middle funnel strategy for Lavazza in USA, including display spend allocation, targeting, creative strategy, and integration with awareness tools. Set benchmarks and analyze performance
- Working closely with HQ department, contribute to the Digital media strategy (focus on upper/middle funnel) setup & execution for Lavazza in USA. Includes media strategy, agency briefing, campaign execution monitoring, tactical solution development, and ongoing optimization. Set benchmarks and analyze performance.
- Support Lavazza media asset creation to support the media plans, including creative development, spec management, and flighting coordination with agencies. Support eCommerce team in lower funnel asset needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging Digital content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, ensuring messaging and visuals reflect Lavazza’s identity.
- Oversee brand content on Lavazzusa.com, working with eCommerce team on brand content updates and storytelling.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and reporting as assigned.
- Responsible for understanding current coffee business and trends, brand performance, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to be able to support Lavazza Brand Manager in building a successful brand and annual marketing strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in refining lead nurturing strategies. Monitor digital performance across channels (web, email, paid media) and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years digital marketing or related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong proficiency in PPT, Excel
- Ability understand and manipulate syndicated data such as Nielsen, Numerator, IRI, etc.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel as needed up to 10% of time
