JOB OVERVIEW
The Flavia Digital Associate oversees the digital marketing perimeter of the Office Coffee Services (OCS) marketing team in North America. This role understands the coffee category, competition, and brand performance, supporting the Brand Manager in day-to-day brand tasks, focusing on digital marketing activities. The Flavia Digital Associate supports the OCS Brand Manager with all Flavia digital responsibilities, encompassing everything from managing Amazon upper/middle funnel strategy to setting benchmarks and monitoring performance across media campaigns, digital creative development, and partnering with the eCommerce team on Amazon brand execution and CRM strategy for Flavia Brand.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Amazon upper‑ and mid‑funnel media strategy, including display budget allocation, audience targeting, creative direction, and integration with awareness tools. Establish performance benchmarks and analyze results.
- Support the development and execution of the digital media strategy for Flavia, including agency briefing, campaign execution monitoring, tactical solution development, and ongoing optimization. Set and evaluate performance benchmarks.
- Manage the creation of media assets to align with media plans, including creative development, spec compliance, and coordination of flighting with agency partners. Provide additional support for lower‑funnel eCommerce creative needs.
- Partner with the eCommerce team to guide CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand development.
- Oversee brand content on Flavia.com, collaborating with the eCommerce team to maintain updated product content and storytelling.
- Support national and brand‑driven trade show initiatives, including strategic planning, logistics coordination, and flawless on‑site execution,
- Assist with brand team budget administration, including vendor onboarding, purchase order creation and tracking, and invoice processing.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the coffee category, market trends, brand performance, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to support the Lavazza Brand Manager in developing annual brand and marketing strategies.
- Monitor digital campaign performance across web, email, and paid media channels. Prepare regular performance reports and support improvements to lead‑nurturing strategies.
- Apply insights to shape future content development, audience targeting, and budget allocation recommendations.
- Support strategic brand initiatives as directed by the OCS Brand Manager and OCS Brand Associate.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Four year degree from an accredited institution
- 1+ years' digital marketing or related experience
- Ability understand and manipulate syndicated data such as Nielsen, Numerator, IRI, etc.
- Strong proficiency in PPT, Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed up to 10% of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
