JOB OVERVIEW

The Lavazza Digital Associate – Brand Marketing will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives for Lavazza brand within USA. This role will assist in creating engaging Digital content, coordinating Digital campaigns, analysing Digital performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. The digital responsibilities encompass everything from managing Amazon upper/middle funnel strategy to setting benchmarks and monitoring performance across media campaigns, digital creative development, and partnering with the eCommerce team on Amazon brand execution and CRM strategy. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, and brand storytelling.

Location: New York, NY

Base Salary Range: $60,000- $90,000 USD

Annual Incentive Plan/ Bonus: 8% eligibility

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee Amazon upper and middle funnel strategy for Lavazza in USA, including display spend allocation, targeting, creative strategy, and integration with awareness tools.  Set benchmarks and analyze performance
  • Working closely with HQ department, contribute to the Digital media strategy (focus on upper/middle funnel) execution for Lavazza in USA.  Includes media strategy, agency briefing, campaign execution monitoring, tactical solution development, and ongoing optimization. Set benchmarks and analyze performance.
  • Support Lavazza media asset creation to support the media plans, including creative development, spec management, and flighting coordination with agencies.  Support eCommerce team in lower funnel asset needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging Digital content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, ensuring messaging and visuals reflect Lavazza’s identity. Ensure alignment on brand content on Lavazzusa.com, working with eCommerce team on brand content updates and storytelling
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Responsible for understanding current coffee business and trends, brand performance, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to be able to support Lavazza Brand Manager in building a successful brand and annual marketing strategy. 
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing projects and reporting as assigned.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in refining lead nurturing strategies. Monitor digital performance across channels (web, email, paid media) and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.  
  • Use insights to inform future content, targeting, and budget allocation. 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred 
  •  2-4 years digital marketing or related experience
  • Experience utilizing Amazon Ad Manager and Amazon Brand View Pro 
  • Media Analytics Software 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to travel as needed up to 10% of time
