JOB OVERVIEW
The Lavazza Digital & Social Associate will play a key role in leading the development and execution of both paid and organic social media strategies, working closely with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities and global direction. This role oversees monthly social content planning, guides creative asset development, and drives engagement through strategic content and performance optimization. Additionally, the associate will support influencer marketing initiatives by identifying and managing partnerships, handling logistics, and amplifying content across digital channels with agencies. The role also includes budget and administrative support, including vendor setup, PO and invoice management, and expense tracking. A strong understanding of the coffee category, brand performance, and consumer trends is essential to support strategic brand initiatives in collaboration with the Lavazza Brand Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute paid and organic social media strategies, including media planning, creative direction, performance analysis, and campaign optimization.
- Manage content operations and maintain a monthly social calendar aligned with product launches and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with agencies and global teams to produce engaging, on-brand social content and creative assets.
- Analyze social performance metrics to inform strategy and drive engagement and follower growth.
- Oversee influencer partnerships, including selection, briefing, logistics, and amplification across digital platforms.
- Support budget management and ensure timely execution of financial and administrative marketing tasks.
- Stay informed on coffee industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to assist in brand strategy development.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years digital marketing or related experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools, and reporting dashboards
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for creative content and detail
- Passion for the coffee industry and understanding of food & beverage trends is a plus
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel as needed up to 10% of time
