Location: Frankfurt am Main (hybrid),
limited contract for 1 year

As Product Manager Single Serve & E-Com, you will be responsible for Lavazza's Single Serve products and machines, i.e. capsules, pods, other pre-portioned coffee and the associated machines. The most important segment in the German coffee market to drive value! In addition, you will be responsible for our dedicated e-commerce portfolio across all types of coffee, which includes different taste varieties or pack sizes, but also accessories and Lavazza's first full-automatic-machine "Assoluta", which is not available in typical retail.

 

The position holder reports directly to our Head of Portfolio and drives the portfolio strategy and product activation for the portfolio described above, including the introduction of new global products – always in close cooperation with the Italian headquarters, based on local market research and analysis. He/she is the driving force behind the two strategically important growth areas Single Serve and E-Commerce and ensures success with a strong portfolio and cross-functional cooperation.

Role Description

EXCITING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE WAITING FOR YOU

  • Management, development and activation of Lavazza Germany's Single Serve portfolio in Retail & E-Com
  • Strategic lead for the e-commerce-specific assortment across all product segments
  • Development of a profitable portfolio pipeline, as well as identification of growth opportunities based on comprehensive consumer and market analysis
  • Strategic marketing planning and implementation of all BTL consumer activations
  • Result-oriented work with consumer and market data, derivation of concrete actions
  • Close cooperation in the cross-functional team, including Content & Communications, Sales, Trade Marketing and Headquarters, as well as external agencies
  • Budget planning and management, including invoicing in SAP and creation of Reports

 

HOW YOU DRIVE IMPACT AS A TEAM PLAYER

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in FMCG with a focus on Marketing/Product Management
  • Experience with global product launches to a local market and portfolio development
  • Knowledge of and experience in the German market as well as working in a diverse matrix organization
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital activation, especially for strong brands
  • Strong analytical skills and finding creative solutions in cross-functional teams
  • Enjoy change and the ability to continuously drive processes forward
  • Fluent in English at business level, knowledge of German is a plus
