Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will support the Customer Service Manager in the International Markets Organization, spanning more than 90 Countries and 170 customers.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing the relationship with our distributors, from their creation in master data, to the order to cash process

Supporting the management of special requests and registration of interactions as well as administrative activities connected to the distribution of Lavazza Group products

Liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Legal) to plan promotional activities and new product launches

Managing complaints related to quality issues
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
-
Degree preferably in economics/scientific subject

2/3 years of experience in Customer Service Management

Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power Point

Fluent English, written and spoken

Result oriented approach and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic context

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills with constant attention to detail and performance

Problem solving attitude and decision-making mindset, combined with an ability work independently
