We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will support the Customer Service Manager in the International Markets Organization, spanning more than 90 Countries and 170 customers. 


What you’ll be doing: 

  • Managing the relationship with our distributors, from their creation in master data, to the order to cash process 

  • Supporting the management of special requests and registration of interactions as well as administrative activities connected to the distribution of Lavazza Group products 

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Legal) to plan promotional activities and new product launches 

  • Managing complaints related to quality issues  


To be successful in this role you’ll need to have: 

  • Degree preferably in economics/scientific subject 

  • 2/3 years of experience in Customer Service Management 

  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power Point 

  • Fluent English, written and spoken 

  • Result oriented approach and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic context 

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills with constant attention to detail and performance 

  • Problem solving attitude and decision-making mindset, combined with an ability work independently
