The core responsibilities include:

  • Manage all inbound customer communication, actioning orders and queries efficiently within specified timeframes
  • Process orders with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Complete daily administrative tasks including reconciling returns and open orders, co-ordinating with finance to release orders on credit hold, processing sample requests and logging supply or service issues
  • Work closely with 3PL logistics provider to communicate special delivery requests, resolve outstanding orders, address errors and secure timely responses to customer queries
  • Assist with additional administrative, operational or support tasks and projects as may be required from time to time

  • A strong customer centric mentality, enjoys customer interactions and problem solving
  • Experience working in a wholesale/B2B organisation in a customer facing role preferred
  • Food & Beverage or FMCG experience preferred but not essential
  • Competent using SAP or equivalent ERP/CRM systems
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
