We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Warehouse & Trasport Operations Intern.

The chosen candidate will be integrated within the Operations department. This is a support role for managing the activities of green coffee customs warehouses. 
Specifically, the tasks include monitoring and recording warehouse movements overseeing the defined planning, and managing the documentation issued by suppliers regarding the green coffee purchases made with them.

📊 Your Day-to-day Activities

• Weekly tasks include assigning goods to the logistics operator,controlling stock results and holding alignment meetings
• Support is provided for specific projects related to the activities with the Logistics Operators
• Support in managing project activities with the Logistics Operators
• Support in the preparation of presentation materials as needed

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: May/June 2025
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
• You have a Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
• You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
