What you’ll be doing: 

The successful candidate will join our Marketing Retailing Division within the Marketing Department. 
As an intern you’ll support the Business Development Manager and team carrying out daily activities about coffee shops business management and development with a focus on existing and potential clients/partners. 


📊 Your activities will include:

  • Support in managing and monitoring the existing client network (sales analysis, mystery shopper report and action plan, periodical reports to clients
  • Support in selection of new partners for New Concept Store development (assessment of business plans and potential locations, competitor’s analysis and market research, contract adaptation and editing, Lavazza P&L development, follow up on enquiries of potential partners).
  • Continuous support to existing franchised partners (timing monitoring for new stores openings, coordination with other colleagues to provide training, develop communication materials and F&B offer)
  • Support in managing and monitoring flagship stores (locations scouting, costs, agreements, legal conformity and permits)
  • Budgeting and reporting activities about store performances and concept presentation
     

💡 Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. Starting date: April 2024
  • You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!  
  • You’ve a Master’s degree in Economics 
  • You are an extrovert and proactive person, with good Excel and Power-Point skills  
  • You’re digitally minded and have a flexible approach  
  • (And if you’re a coffee lover.....that helps!)
