We are the Lavazza Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for a Reporting & Tools Intern within the Quality&Procurement Department at our HQ Nuvola in #Torino.

As an intern you’ll support the manager and team carrying out daily activities related to procurement reporting processes and data analysis for our HQ and subsidiaries.
This involves collecting procurement data from various sources, including reports and documentation of purchase processes, assisting in data analysis and interpretations, and preparing accurate reports based on defined frameworks and requirements.

📊 Your activities will include:

• Support in monitoring procurement data, institutional reporting related to supplier and procurement performance etc
• Support in maintaining PowerBI dashboards for Purchasing
• Support in monitoring figures for finance reporting
• Support in monitoring KPI of Procurement
• Support in monitoring feedback from Jaggaer portal

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• You’re available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. Starting date: October 2024
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!  
• You have a master’s degree in Mathematics,Statistics, Engineering or Information Technology
• You have an analytical mindset and good Excel and Power-Point skills  
• You’re digitally minded and have a flexible approach  
• (And if you’re a coffee lover.....that helps!)
