R&D Continuous improvement Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for an R&D Continuous improvement Intern.

The candidate will join the Continuous Improvement team at our Innovation Center in Turin, where they will provide support in analyzing the data generated by the department. They will also be responsible for overseeing the TS LAVAZZA site and collaborating on the maintenance and development of technical documentation for coffee machines.

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

• Development of a database and related analysis of the data processed by the Continuous Improvement department
• Creation of periodic reports for internal and external distribution to R&D
• Management of access to the ts.lavazza.com site and maintenance of spare parts records
• Management of requests for updating Technical Manuals, as well as coordination for the creation of new manuals

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: January 2025
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!  
• You have a Master’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or ICT Communication
• You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
• You’re digitally minded and ready to give a fresh point of view and share your ideas
• (And if you’re a coffee lover....that helps!)
