Hi 👋
We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Learning Intern.

You’ll join of our Human Resources Department in Nuvola, our HQ in Torino, as part of the Learning Team. 
As an intern, you’ll learn and support the team in carrying out daily corporate training process of Lavazza Group employees (with global scope), with particular reference to planning, organizing, overseeing delivery, evaluation and monitoring of synchronous and asynchronous training activities.

📊 Your day-to-day activities: 

• Support the training management processes: planning, delivery, monitoring, reporting on delivered training
• Contribute to the definition and management of training engagement processes, plan and drafting of communications (from invitations, to reminders, to supporting responses)
• Ensure effective dialogue and passage of information with various stakeholders (internal and external)

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: February 2024
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!  
• You have a Master’s degree in Psychology or Education Sciences 
• You are a detail-oriented person, with a keen understanding of the Microsoft suite as well as Excel and PowerPoint tools
• You’re digitally minded and ready to give a fresh point of view and share your ideas
• (And if you’re a coffee lover....that helps!)
