Internal Communication Specialist
We’re looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our HR Department in Nuvola, our HQ in Torino.
The ideal profile is passionate about communication and technology, and capable of independently managing projects until delivery. The selected candidate will manage projects from brief to execution, collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies, while maintaining an organized and confidential approach aligned with communication strategies.
📊 Your day-to-day activities:
- Internal Communication Management
- Create, publish, and update content across internal channels, managing stakeholder input and the editorial calendar. (Daily)
- Lead the creation of a new Intranet platform, including needs assessment, content migration, and project management. (Project-based)
- Campaigns & Strategic Projects
- Gather team requirements (D&I, welfare, marketing, etc.), propose initiatives, brief agencies, and oversee campaign execution globally. (Regular basis)
- Manage projects like AI Copilot training and Employer Branding campaigns. (Project-based)
- Event Support
- Assist in organizing corporate events (e.g., town halls, scholarships, holiday events) by preparing materials and communications like Save The Dates, official letters, and speaker briefings. (Project-based)
💡 Who we’re looking for:
- You have previous experience in a similar role with a Marketing, Communication or similar academic background.
- You have strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- You have excellent organization, problem-solving, and creativity in communication strategies.
- You have experience with Microsoft backend (i.e. SharePoint, Viva Engage) and are confident in the use of Excel.
- You are fluent in Italian and English
