We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Finance Transformation Intern.

You will join the Finance Transformation team and support the Finance Transformation Manager in leading the project management activities within a strategic and global project, under the Finance Department scope. You will have the chance to work across all the project streams (Planning, Controlling, Financial and Group Reporting, Accounting), having the opportunity to understand part of the core Finance processes of the Group.

📊 Your day-to-day activities: 

• Attend the differnt meeting and provide support in the decisional process
• Prepare ad hoc analysis
• Drive the project team in respecting the deadlines
• Support in managing the communication flows
• Collaborate with colleagues belonging to non Finance departments and with external suppliers
• Support in designing and improving the processes under the Intelligent Automation

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: January 2025
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!  
• You have a Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
• You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
• You’re digitally minded and ready to give a fresh point of view and share your ideas
• (And if you’re a coffee lover....that helps!)
