Digital Marketing Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern.

This role will join the Marketing team of our Italian Business Unit. 
As an intern, you’ll support the Digital & Consumer Engagement manager and team, carrying out daily activities, working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Digital and Sales HQ as well as external partners (CRM, call center and agencies).


📊 Your day-to-day activities:

  • Supporting E-commerce activities (promo & content)
  • Supporting in e-commerce, Loyalty and CRM activities planning and rollout
  • Performance media & content implementation
  • Supporting operative management of Loyalty program (My Lavazza)
  • CRM campaign implementation (DEM, newsletter, marketing automation campaign)
  • Supporting activities related to Contest management for Retail and Away from home channels
  • Supporting in digital assets content updates (es. Amazon Brand Store)


💡 Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: May 2025
  • You’ll be fluent in Italian and English 
  • You have a Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication (Digital or UX path preferred) 
  • You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
  • You love challenges and aren’t afraid of moving out of your comfort zone
  • You are an extrovert and proactive person, curious and eager to learn
  • (And if you’re a coffee lover....that helps!)
