We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Control Tower Data Intern.

You will join our Equipment Unit & Technical Service Department at our Innovation Center in Turin.

As an intern, you will assist the Technical Service Department in delivering high-quality reporting, helping the company identify opportunities to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and efficiently manage asset tracking, maintenance, and overall management.

📊 Your Day-to-day Activities

• Monitoring of telemetry parameters and associated alarms.
• Management of critical alarms raised by the telemetry system and alignment of data inconsistencies.
• Telemetry & Equipment Unit data analysis to identify critical scenarios, such as cost increases, potential threats, or reductions in customer service levels.
• Preparation of all necessary reports to support the monthly meetings with the Technical Service Chief.

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: March 2025.
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go! 
• You have a Degree in IT, Data Science or Management Engineering.
• You are familiar with data visualization tools, such as Excel or Power BI.
• (And if you’re a coffee lover...that helps!).
