Commercial Planning and Pricing Specialist

 

We are looking for a Commercial Planning & Pricing Specialist to join the Commercial Planning team in our Italy Business Unit. The team is responsible for the FP&A and commercial planning process of the Italian retail channel and e-Commerce channels.

 

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

 

  • Ensure that an efficient planning process is in place, in relation to both financial and commercial scenarios 
  • Conduct P&L variance analysis in order to uncover insights and proactively propose gross-to-net trajectories to ensure that the target is achieved
  • Simulate P&L value chains to support both marketing teams to deliver business cases/projects, as well as sales teams to build new customer/product propositions 
  • Support the sales teams to maximize the promotional/investment efficiency and advise on any potential value-added opportunity
  • Analyze and understand sell-out data and dynamics to consistently reconcile the sell-in customer performance and use insights as a basis for discussion and customer simulations
  • Be an active participant in emerging IT projects and support the development of more efficient planning and analytical tools 

 

💡 What we’re looking for:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role (sales or finance), Knowledge of retail/e-commerce channels will be considered a plus
  • Strong financial and planning skills and commercial acumen
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Power BI, Powerpoint
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Good level of spoken and written English
