Commercial Channel Controller

 

We are looking for a Commercial Controller to join our Global Controlling team. In this role, you will play a proactive part in controlling business performance, supporting the HQ commercial team and subsidiary CFOs and controllers as well as partnering with the Commercial Channel and Revenue Growth Managers.

 

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

 

  • Participate in the customer/channel strategy development process and ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the strategy and budget targets assigned
  • Perform financial reporting, financial analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, financial controls, PNL analysis, investment analysis & ROI maximization.
  • Handle monthly variance analysis and GAP analysis to annual budget and previous years
  • Perform financial evaluations/business simulations and support calculations of main KPIs, whatever is needed to grant the channel governance
  • Support the Revenue Growth Management team for all analysis related to: i) Control and follow-up of price changes; ii) Continuous analysis improvement of Gross to Net investments; iii) Promo Spending Governance; iv) trade-spend policy definition
  • Highlight opportunities and risks which could affect the achievement of the targets

 

💡 Who we’re looking for

 

  • Degree-level education, preferably in economics or finance
  • 3-5  years of experience in commercial controlling in structured multinational group (FMCG sector preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SAP (mainly TPM/Vistex/ BPC modules), knowledge of Salesforse, Onestream will be considered a plus
  • Excellent level of English
  • Excellent analytical skills and data driven thinking
  • The position is based in Turin
