Hi 👋

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Coffee Machines Quality Intern.

You will join the Machines Quality team, supporting colleagues in the daily activities of analyzing coffee machine performance and contributing to the continuous improvement of the products.

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

• Data analysis from the network, complaints, and machine trends to identify potential deviations and priority issues to address
• Participation in analysis and testing of returns together with the R&D/Technical Service/Supplier Quality departments
• Reporting activities and periodic analysis of machine KPIs
• Participation and contribution to coordinating activities aimed at the continuous improvement of products

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: January 2025
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go! 
• You have a Degree in Engineering
• You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
