We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Central Planning Intern to join our Operations department.

The selected candidate will support the team in the operational management of packaging planning, helping to absorb the expected workload peak following the transition to the new packaging reorder model (VMI). The goal is to free up the senior team’s capacity, allowing them to focus on supplier engagement and the fine-tuning of the new model, which will inevitably require active collaboration with external partners in the coming months as part of this significant shift in approach.

 📊 Your Day-to-day Activities

• Supports the maintenance of optimal inventory levels for materials, using current planning tools for order issuance
• Assists in tracking KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of materials planning activities, and prepares reports to support management decision-making
• Collaborates daily with the finished goods planning and procurement teams
• Supports coordination with Production Planning and Scheduling teams to ensure material requirements align with long-, mid-, and short-term production plans

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: May/June 2025
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
• You have a Degree in Management Engineering or related fields
• You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
