ADV/Content Production Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for an ADV/Content Production Intern.
The successful candidate will join our Advertising team within the Marketing Communication Department.
As an intern you’ll support the team carrying out daily activities about off-line and on-line advertising, working in close collaboration with the Digital Contents team.

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

• Provide support in new advertising campaign productions
• Collaborate on UK and US content coordination
• Provide support to manage annual Lavazza Calendar events and social media campaign
• Support in advertising archive management and administration flow activities
• Participate in external agencies and supplier contacts and coordination

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• You’re available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - do you know any other languages?
• You’ll probably have an international experience - language course or exchange programme? Way to go!
• You have a Degree within Communication field (a Digital path is preferred)
• You have good communication skills and a great attitude to work in an extended international team
• You love challenges and aren’t afraid of moving out of your comfort zone
• You are a creative and proactive person, with good Excel and Power-Point skills
• You’re digitally minded and have a flexible approach
• (And if you’re a coffee lover.....that helps!)
