Channel Promotion Manager

We are looking for a candidate who will work in the role of Channel Promotion Manager in our HQ in Turin, in Italy FS Trade Marketing & Revenue department.

Channel Promotion Manager will be responsible for profitable growth of our market share and exploitation of priority commercial opportunities within direct and indirect food service channel.


Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation, implementation and evaluation of promotional activities on monthly basis in co-operation with sales
  • Ensure deep understanding of value chain and develop plans that maximize customer margin & revenues – focus on pricing and assortment proposition
  • Analysis and full understanding of internal and external data related to the channel- proactive approach to expanding our insights in terms of consumer, customer, competition and market trends
  • Development of selling stories, with a special focus on new sub-channel development (restaurants/hotels) and on “no-coffee” products
  • Field shadowing in order to capture new channel opportunities and prepare commercial plans according to the field and company expectations
  • Support in implementation of launch activities of new categories
  • Key marketing point of contact for new launches evaluation in terms of volumes and pricing
  • Key demand planning point of contact for forecast
  • Support in the preparation of monthly sales meeting
  • Daily support for sales team
  • Management of team composed of 2 resources



  • At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG companies, within which:
    - experience in sales
    - experience in trade marketing
  • Experience in food service channel is a plus
  • Experience in Cusumermarketing
  • Problem solving – “can do” approach
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Time management, prioritization & workload management
  • Good Excel and Power Point knowledge
  • English Knowledge
