What you’ll be doing:

 

We are looking for a candidate to join our Global Marketing Retailing team, within our HQ in #Turin.
As an intern you will work alongside the Business Development Manager in the different activities related to the coffee shops business management and development with a focus on coordination and project management activities leading to the opening of coffee shops and /or restyling or renovation projects (support on project, layout, construction approvals and bureaucracy, project timing monitoring, coordination of suppliers).

 

 

📊 Your activities will include:

 

  • Support in managing and monitoring all the activities leading to the opening of the franchised stores (project Gaant, timing monitoring, coordination with internal colleagues)
  • Support in the coordination of the various suppliers and consultants for any construction works or fitting works of the Flagship stores (directly managed by Lavazza) including all the construction and advertisement permits with a focus on the respect of the timing, costs monitoring versus budget and quality results
  • Support in technical assessment of potential locations proposed by potential partners or for Flagship store
  • Support to operations and development to monitor the flagship costs and legal conformity and permits (liason with local consultants for HACCP documents, fire protection, risk assessments, health and safety, other licenses).
  • Technical support in the daily management problems with the Flagship stores (Milan and London)
  • Reporting activities for internal stakeholders or to clients/suppliers
  • Support our internal Architect on layout projects and ideas

 

 

💡 Who we’re looking for:
 

  • You’re available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. Starting date: June 2023
  • You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go! 
  • You’ve a degree in Management Engineering/Architecture
  • You are a precise person, with superior Excel and Power-Point skills 
  • You’re digitally minded and have a flexible approach 
  • (And if you’re a coffee lover.....that helps!)
