The mission of this role is to provide business support to the design and development of an omni-channel customer experience, enabling the adoption of digital solutions.

The role is 100% focused on a global digital transformation program running across business channels and business units. The CRM global initiative embraces the evolution of sales processes, after sales services (customer service, customer care, field services) and marketing processes.

This role will work within the Commercial Strategy and Development Department, having the opportunity to a sound experience of business dynamics across all distribution channels (B2B Retail, Foodservice, OCS & Vending and B2C) and geographies.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Under the responsibility of Revenue Growth Management Team, and as member of Global HQ Cross-Functional Team:

  • Contribute to Deep Dive and Understanding of Current Promotional Models, Tools and Processes of the key Countries involved, in collaboration with HQ, External and Local Teams
  • Participate to potential gaps analysis vs To-Be Model, highlighting benefits and risks, and contribute to Final Model design and development
  • Contribute to To-Be Model implementation across key Countries, through developments, UAT and trainings steps
  • Ensure coordination of To-Be Promotional Process with Global Retail approach and Strategy
     

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:

  • Experience of 1-2 years in supporting the setup and deployment of CRM solutions, working close with business teams and organization
  • A degree in Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with top management and internal/external stakeholders
  • Highly structured approach and first-class analytical skills
