At Lavazza North America, the Brand Manager for Office Coffee Sales (OCS) role will support the development of the Flavia brand strategy and the execution of the annual marketing plans designed to strengthen our position in the market to drive machine placement and drinks growth.  Working with internal teams & agencies, the OCS Brand manager will support innovation launches, shape the marketing plan development, and execute Above the Line (ATL) marketing programs across the Office Coffee business.


Location: West Chester, PA


  • Drive the Flavia system brand strategy setup and execution.   
  • Develop Flavia full-funnel design and supporting content and tactics to bring customers through the journey.
  • Responsible for media strategy setup (all media channels) & execution for the Flavia system.  Includes media strategy, agency briefing, campaign execution monitoring, tactical solution development, and ongoing optimization.
  • Responsible for Flavia Social & Digital Strategy partnering with agencies to support Paid & Organic social activities.
  • Manage Brewer Content creation and strategy setup and execution management.
  • Supervise CRM strategy execution & day-by-day monitoring.
  • Support Brand Director in managing Lavazza Media budget expenditure (budget planning & monitoring).
  • Responsible for all PR, partnership & brand events strategy setup, working across channels to support execution.
  • Responsible for all ATL asset creation (agency management), including brand assets, presentations, photoshoots, and media creative.
  • Responsible for OCS digital property management - strategy setup, content/creative development and management, and agency/property management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing, or equivalent experience required.
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred in field related to Marketing / Management.
  • 5+ years of prior professional experience required, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry or B2B marketing. 
  • 3+ years marketing experience required, preferably within B2B or CPG companies.
  • Experience in the areas of marketing strategy development and deployment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
