Benelux Out of Home Sales Manager

We have an interesting opportunity for a Sales Manager with consolidated experience in the Out of Home Channel to join our Benelux team. Reporting to the Country Sales Manager and based in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for managing day to day activities but also bringing vision and driving growth across the region.


You will contribute to the leverage of Lavazza Brand potential in the Out of Home business in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg by:

  • Building and implementing an appropriate Sales Strategy in order to develop Lavazza’s position in both OOH channels (Foodservice and OCS/Vending)
  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with distributors, monitoring appropriate Sales KPIs
  • Suggest and implement appropriate Trade Marketing Plans and Activities
  • Ensuring day-to-day connection between Distributor(s) and Lavazza HQ functions (Customer Service, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, Finance, International Key Accounts)
  • Support customer development (Key Accounts)
  • Provide business, market and competition analysis and insight


  • Out of Home experience (circa 6-8 years) within the food industry for multinational organisations. Previous coffee sector experience could be a plus.
  • Key Account, distributor management and trade marketing experience
  • Business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Results oriented with a pragmatic and structured approach
  • Fluent Dutch and English, French a plus
  • Available to be based in Amsterdam
