OVERVIEW

Lavazza North America strives to deliver a best-in-class service to our customers. The Logistics Stock & Flow Specialist will manage the flow of goods and services from an inbound and outbound prospective with a focus to support our E-Commerce business.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics systems and processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Location: West Chester, PA (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and plan inbound flows for Lavazza North America E-Commerce 3PL partners.
  • Partner closely with Lavazza Headquarters to provide visibility to main stakeholders on E-Commerce stock availability.
  • Proactively identify critical gaps, at-risk items, and responsible for highlighting actions.
  • Based on the allocated demand, responsible for maintaining the E-Commerce inventory levels, minimize storage & handling costs with Lavazza E-Commerce 3PL partners.
  • Manage execution of excess stock reduction initiatives to achieve targets.
  • Partner with the demand and supply planning teams to ensure inventory is always at an optimal level.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to ensure orders are processed correctly and timely.
  • Work closely with Lavazza E-Commerce 3PL partners to maintain stock alignment between Lavazza and the 3PL.
  • Analyze KPIs data through reporting, collaborate on service improvements for Lavazza E-Commerce 3PL partners.
  • Partner with Lavazza E-Commerce 3PL partners to implement process improvements and establish efficient order fulfillment processes. Work with Lavazza E-Commerce 3PL partners to set procedures.
  • Support the continued development and refinement of customer operations SOPs and metrics to drive continuous improvements in service, cost, and quality.
  • Participate and coordinate E-Commerce projects from a supply chain point of view.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of related or equivalent experience is required
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to streamline procurement processes and contracts to deliver commercially compelling outcomes
  • Experience in WMS System, ERP System (SAP) and Power BI Tools
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, prioritize tasks as required, lead by example, and implement change where required • Exhibits good coaching and mentoring skills
  • Metrics driven with excellent Excel and analytical skills
  • Project management experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrates strong communication capabilities, both verbally and written, using appropriate Microsoft Office tools, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as other Lavazza ancillary software

  • Travel to onsite suppliers may be required as needed
