Treasury Specialist

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist that will strengthen the Department of Treasury 
and will be part of the ongoing evolution of the processes and procedures. The candidate will manage the Cash Management activities, 
dealing with the assigned tasks with precision and confidentiality, in compliance with the times, processes and procedures. 
In addition, they will also manage short, medium and long-term cash planning.


📊 Your day-to-day activities:

1) manage the day-to-day treasury operations, such as posting of customer receipts and supplier payments and related daily liquidity supervision and management;        
2) ensure reconciliation of all bank balances and timely uploading of bank statements into the Treasury Management System;        
3) manage the company’s bank accounts, repository signatories, accesses, and bank related documentation in collaboration with our legal team;        
4) assist with month-end financial closing;        
5) provide data, analysis and reports to other departments or banks;        
6) strategic planning: prepare the annual, monthly and weekly forecast cash flow statement, defining the scope and nature of the monetary flows needed to carry out different activities;                
7) participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned;        


💡 Who we’re looking for:

  • Master's Degree in Economics or Finance is preferred
  • Ideally prior experience in treasury department.
  • Good knowledge of Treasury Management System platforms (strong asset such as Piteco);
  • Good familiarity with cash/bank management systems and knowledge of cash management processes and General Accounting principles;
  • Good fundamentals of financial statements analysis;
  • Excel proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Basic Fundamentals of management of risks and derivatives;
