For our Headquarters in Turin, we are now looking for a new graduate to join our Business Process & KPIs function in defining and managing multiple Procurement Processes both at Group level (including the international perimeter as well).
During the internship you will be introduced to Lavazza company, by working alongside talented professionals into the Quality & Procurement Dept. and, on the other side, to favour continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency and internal customer experience.
You will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge on the Global Procurement Processes and to build expertise, being exposed to several competences within the Company.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of management expertise, passion for initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and at improving the related KPIs monitoring.

📊  Your day-to-day activities
Cooperate with the responsible and with the internal stakeholders to promote alignment and achievement of specific business objectives.
Contribute to update Procurement Processes model design according to market evolution and requirements and internal organization needs, in order to optimize business processes:
- Maintain Governance Policies, Procedures and templates
- Interact and collaborate with Lavazza Procurement Team and other functions involved in procurement processes (e.g. CSR, Legal, Finance Depts.)
Contribute to establish periodical routines for continuous improvement:
- Definition of procurement KPIs for both financials and processes data
- Create reports and effective visualizations, for KPIs trends monitoring
- Detect any eventual process deviation, proactively propose and implement improvements
Promote Procurement culture and spread best practices within the organization:
- Shared repository reengineering and maintaining
- Follow procurement projects, by keeping track of activities and deadlines

💡 Who we’re looking for:

• Master's degree in Economics, interested in an extracurricular internship
• Abroad experience (nice to have)

Hard skills

• Strong understanding of Procurement Organization & Processes
• Proficiency in English and Italian. Additional languages are considered as a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack, especially Excel and Power Point. 
• Knowledge of Processes Mining and Data Analysis Tools (Celonis - PowerBI) is considered a plus
