OVERVIEW

At Lavazza North America, the responsibility of the Accounts Receivable Analyst is to reconcile Ecommerce sales in all forms of tender to actual payments received in the company’s bank accounts, investigating discrepancies, verifying credit card processors statements to bank deposits, and recording payments in the company ledger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Ecommerce B2C sales reconciliation through a three-way match between the ERP, Merchant Services and Bank.
• Review Ecommerce 3P sales reconciliation of various platforms.
• Monitor daily payment discrepancies and collaborate with internal and external business partners to correct errors timely by conducting in-depth reviews of variances.
• Reconciliation of in transit payment receipts.
• Assist in monitoring the chargeback process, provide reporting, and work closely with Ecommerce Customer Service to improve the company’s chargeback win rate.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
• Support the Accounts Receivable team in ad-hoc requests and projects.
• Audit compliance and reporting.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable with exposure to retail and sales audit 
• Strong proficiency with Excel
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eager, self-starter and quick to learn.
• Excellent time management, reconciliation, and organization skills.
• Results-oriented; strives for continuous improvement
• SAP Experience desired
• High Radius Experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrates strong communication capabilities, both verbally and written, using appropriate Microsoft Office tools, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as other Lavazza ancillary software
